The library provides users with the following basic library services free of charge:

use of the library collection;
use of the electronic catalog;
electronic ordering of documents;
use of full-text electronic documents;
consulting assistance in searching for and selecting sources of information (including the "Virtual Reference" service on the Library’s website);
24-hour access to electronic information resources (own and purchased) on the library website;
possibility to use cross-library subscription and electronic delivery of documents;
assess to the electronic readers’ form;
determination of UDC indices and JEL Classification codes for scientific works;
information support regarding the inclusion of specialized scientific periodicals of the University in international scientometric databases;
assignment of a digital object identifier DOI to scientific publications;
monitoring and bibliometric analysis of the scientific activity of the University's researchers;
checking scientific works for academic plagiarism;
consultations on the emergence, acquisition and registration of copyright and related rights;
consultations and trainings on the use of information resources, seminars on the basics of library science and bibliography;
guiding visits to the KNEU Library,
conducting socio-cultural, informational and educational events;
provision of a media room and “SOVA” student’s space for creative meetings, educational or cultural projects;
free Wi-Fi.
